Dear Parents
WELCOME
Adorable Kids are happy to welcome Zaira Simao to the Ladybird class and Casey de Wal to the Bee class. Wishing them lots of happy days with our school.
CONCERT
Our Annual concert is on the 3/12/16 at the Grand Masons Lodge at 73 13th Street Orange Grove. Our concert theme is Around The World. Children to be at the Venue by 8am. Parents to make sure your child has had breakfast before being dropped off. Parents to drop and go so we can settle your children. Cost of the concert is R300, this includes various expenditure.
TICKETS
The price of the tickets is R30 pp. Please consult Sharon about the tickets. They are sold on first come first serve basis.
CONCERT OUTFITS
Your child must come dressed in the following
* Girls black leggings and black t shirts
* Boys black shorts and black t shirts
Please send the following Platter___________________________________ to school on the 2nd of December.
HALLOWEEN
We will be having our Halloween dress up and picnic on the 31st of October. Please refer to your invitation as what you must bring.
DECEMBER CLOSURE
The annual school close down will be from the 14th of December 2016 to the 11th of January 2017.
The December school fees are due by the 1st and are to be paid in FULL. Please refer to your contract.
ASSESSMENTS
All children must please be at school every day as we are busy with assessments and concert practise.
2017 SCHOOL FEES
Please ask Teacher Sharon for the 2017 school fees.
PLAYFIT 2017 FEES
The fees for next year will be as follows:
- R230 per month
- R120 registration (once off)
- R100 for the t shirt (optional)
END OF YEAR CHRISTMAS
Father Christmas will be visiting our school on the 14th of December 2016. Please send a present wrapped and tagged for your child. The present cannot be more than R150. The school will provide Christmas party goodies for the children.
BIRTHDAYS
We would like to say Happy Birthday to following people:
- Tashinga Chiroodza who is turning 2 on the 3rd of November
- Arin Houston who is turning 5 on the 21 of November
TOYS AND ACCESSORIES
Please don’t send your child to school with toys and accessories. Teachers have a full day planned and have more than enough resources to keep your child stimulated right through the day. We cannot be held responsible for lost or broken toys.

PLAYFIT CONCERT AND PRIZEGIVING
Playfit concert will be held on different dates and not on the same date as our school concert. Below is the list of the dates and time according to your child’s class. Should your playfit fees not be up to date no medal or certificate/report will be issued.

Should you not be returning Please note one calendar month’s written and paid notice is required. If no payment made in December your child will lose their place and account will be handed over for collection.

CONCERT DVD
Dure to last years parents demand for a video of the concert, we have gotten quotes for a videographer, howvever the videograpgher does not charge for the videoing of the concert, he charges for a minium of 30 DVDs at R160 per DVD, thus please notify us in advance if you will be interested in a DVD of this years concert .We need at least 30 orders to make this possoble. Please inform us by the 1st of November.
CALENDAR 2017 AND CUP
Now that the photos have been printed and distributed. A sample of the calendar and cup is on display in the entrance to the school. The cost is R160.00 for the calendar and R120 for the cup. Should you wish to order Please fill in the order form below.
PHOTO REPRINT ORDERS
Should you wish to order extra photos, please advise Sharon of the size. The cost for the different sizes are up on our notice board. Please quote the number on the back of the photo when ordering as well as the size required.
FLAVIA
Flavia will be away from the 7th to the 17th on November. If parents need anything concerning the school please contact Charlene on the school phone.
DEWORMING
It is advised that all children be dewormed every 6 months. If your child has not been dewormed please do so ASAP. It is in the best interest of your child
WATER PLAY
Water play is every Friday if weather permits. Send costumes and towels every Friday packed in a plastic. Please ensure that all towels and costumes are clearly marked with your child’s name.
